Judith has been an integral part of Mustard Seed for over two decades, beginning her career with the company as a telemarketer in 2002. Through years of dedication, leadership, and a deep understanding of the organization’s mission, she rose through the ranks and most recently served as General Manager. Her appointment as COO is a testament to her outstanding contribution to the company’s growth, people, and long-term strategy.

As COO, Judith will lead day-to-day business operations while continuing to drive Mustard Seed’s mission to deliver world-class, affordable, and relevant solutions to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across the Philippines and abroad.
